Each month constitutes one pay period. All payments are processed one month after the end of the pay period. Please allow about 2 weeks after this time for the delivery of checks.
For example, suppose several purchases were made from your photos in the month of January. Your earnings for the month of January would be processed at the end of February, and you should expect a check to arrive sometime in the middle of March.
*Note: If you earned less than $30 for any pay period, the amount earned will carry over into the next month until you have earned over $30.
Do I get paid for the sale of digital copies of my photos?
Absolutely. You will receive the same commission on digital copes as you do for prints.
Do I retain the copyright of the photographs that I upload?
100% yes! By submitting photos to the site, you are simply giving us a license to sell your photos. You can end this license at any time by deleting the photos which you no longer wish to sell.
Do you offer this service outside of the US?
We are currently only take signups for US residents, we are hoping to expand our service into other countries. Check back soon!
How much money do I get for selling prints or digital copies of my photos?
We reward our photographers based on the commission structure outlined below. Commission itself, and the structure is based on total sales before tax and shipping.
0.00 - 49.99
50.00 - 99.99
100.00 - 199.99
200.00 - 299.99
300.00 and up
How long will my collections be available on the site?
Collections will be kept as long as they are being viewed. A collection that hasn't been viewed in one month may be automatically deleted from the system.
What does the "views" statistic mean next to my collections?
This number indicates the number of times your collection was searched for using the collection's tag code. Note: This does not include views by you.
How much does it cost for photographers to sign up?
Sign up is 100% free.
Questions for Photo Purchasers
What is your return policy?
Prints may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item has not yet shipped, the order is simply cancelled and your money is refunded. If the order has shipped, you must send the merchandise back to us prior to receiving a refund.
We do not honor returns for digital copies of prints.
There is a picture of me on the site which I don't want. Will you take it down?
We honor all requests to remove unwanted pictures. Simply Contact Us regarding which picture you would like taken down, and it will be removed.
You can also request a photo removal from the gallery by clicking on the picture you would like removed and then clicking "Request Removal".
Do you offer any other print sizes or merchandise related to the photos?
Currently we do not offer any other print sizes. However, you may purchase a digital version of any of the prints which you can print at various sizes or on other merchandise.
What methods of payment are available on the site?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
Do you guys print the photos yourselves?
At the moment, we are not experts in the field of photo printing so we rely on those that are for our printing needs.
What company do you guys use to print photos?
There are a number of factors that go into selecting a photo print provider (quality, speed, price, flexibility etc.). With quality being our top priority, we rely on Adorama for all prints sold on our website.
